Rumored ass implant recipient and current reality TV show participant Kim Kardashian has many positive traits. Honesty just isn't one of them.
Despite claiming that she wasn't going to show anything "below the belt" and only "one boob and her bare butt" in her Playboy spread, we couldn't help but notice that her ladybits are in fact prominently displayed on page 158. (She actually went as far as to tell Us, "It is not as revealing as some people might want. I keep it classy and covered up." That is one way of looking at it!)
