Trump on Tramps

Spotlight-whore billionaire Donald Trump is at it again. Spurred by his popular Apprentice series and the largess he must feel after giving a "second chance" to rehabbed Miss USA Tara Conner, the Donald is working with Fox on a new series: Lady or a Tramp.
The show will send hard-partying girls to charm school for "a stern course on debutante manners," with contestants draped in "tweed skirts and pearl necklaces" learning flower arranging and other Home Ec-type skills. High-concept, to be sure, but maybe not one that's clearly in line with the mogul's noted affinity for silent, twitty models.
But who's to say, really? Daughter Ivanka rounded out her upbringing as a pearl necklace-wearing debutante, having attended both Choate and Chapin for high school, and becoming an international model at 16 and, ultimately, a graduate of the Wharton School of Finance. Her ascension to the position of real-estate development VP at the Trump Organization and into the ranks of New York's tony social circuit must, despite public leanings, be credited in part to Trump's abilities as a parent—a role Lady or a Tramp inevitably casts him in.
Who's your daddy, indeed.
