STILL CHEAPER THAN BOTTLED WATER Gas High price of fuel got you down? Think positive! New York Times tech blogger David Pogue shares an e-mail currently making the rounds which shows that other liquids are even more expensive! Snapple, for instance, goes for $10.32 per gallon, while NyQuil tops out at a whopping $178.13 per gallon. And don't even ask about the ink in your printer cartridge. Of course, as some commenters point out, none of these liquids are used in any kind of proportionality to gasoline (nor, it should be noted, will they make your car run), but no matter: Should oil prices continue to rise, expect to see an increasingly nervous White House trot out these stats as evidence that you don't know how good you have it.
