TO BE FREED Diya Lumumba
The arrest of a fourth man in connection with the sex game-turned-deadly bloodletting of Meredith Kercher means an earlier suspect might walk free—at least temporarily—according to UK's Sky News. Officials arrested freaky YouTubist and "great black person" Rudy Hermann Guede in Mainz, Germany, today, and that has prompted the prosecutor in the case to request the pre-trial release of Diya "Patrick" Lumumba.
The 44-year-old Lumumba was arrested along with Italian student Raffaele Sollecito and his girlfriend, American student Amanda "Foxy Knoxy" Knox on November 6. Sollecity and Knox are both still detained. Knox worked part-time at the bar owned by Lumumba in downtown Perugia, Italy, prior to the murder of Kercher—Knox's British roommate. Early in the investigation, Lumumba was suspected of wielding the knife that cut Kercher's throat.

Since then, DNA and fingerprints from the newly arrested Hermann Guede were found in the white-washed cottage Amanda Knox and Meredith Kercher shared. Italian investigators have also said that Knox's DNA was found on the hilt of the knife allegedly used to kill Kercher.
