MILLION DOLLAR SMILE Osorio Vindicated: Kimberly Osorio, the former Source editor who sued the magazine and its owners for wrongful termination, describing a sexually charged, hostile working environment, has been awarded $14.5 million by a federal jury in New York.

According to HipHopMusic.com, Osorio's claims included: Source owner Dave Mays cursing at female executives, allowing employees to threaten women with physical violence, and creating an environment so toxic, Osorio was afraid to leave her office.
