So back in January, the baby-faced, Oscar-nominated actor paid $6,350,000 for a two-bedroom, three-bath house on the Encinal Bluffs. The place is a dream for an enterprising paparazzo, with a long, private staircase to the beach, well-known neighbors like Brad Garrett, Cindy Crawford, Brangelina just a few doors down, and walls of glass overlooking the Pacific.

Plus there's a private island he owns off the coast of Belize that he hopes to develop into an eco-resort, and a newly renovated house high in the Hollywood Hills that he bought from Madonna back in 1994.
