Dead Elvis Earning More Than Most Living Stars

Though he hasn't performed for over 30 years, Elvis Presley was again at the top of Forbes magazine's list of Top-Earning Dead Celebrities, raking in $52 million last year.
In contrast, living megastar rapper 50 Cent made $33 million, and Celine Dion earned $45 million over the same period. Yet even with the distinct disadvantage of being deceased and not actually being able to shake his moneymaker, Elvis still managed to outearn many contemporary artists.
