The lurid story of Amanda "Foxy Knoxy" Knox and slain British beauty Meredith Kercher continues to unfold in Perugia, Italy. Somewhere on the Italian boot there must already be a wild-eyed composer stoked on espresso at work on a score for this real-life modern opera of sex, lies, and murder.
London tabs are gleefully providing the tawdry revelations as soon as they become available. A rundown of some recent developments in the case:
• Newly arrested murder suspect Rudy Hermann Guede claimed that the dying Ms. Kercher whispered her killer's initials as she passed. Rudy reportedly said he and the victim had been consensually busy in the bedroom prior to her murder. Then one of Rudy's lawyers, the esteemed Signor Biscotti, confused the matter by saying that his client had no sex whatsoever with the deceased. (Rudy says he's a vampire and an alien—RadarOnline.com has his crazy YouTube soliloquy.)
