• : Preceding the annual iPod lineup update during the first two weeks of September are rumors of what's to come. Digg's Kevin Rose suggests that the entire iPod line will be revamped, prices will drop to distinguish it from the iPhone, and that Mac OS X may at last support Blu-Ray. In other words: don't buy a new iPod in the next few weeks, or you will be terribly sorry. But also uncool.
• : Now that he's no longer dating Jennifer Aniston, the paparazzi are ignoring John Mayer, much to his chagrin. Apparently it's all about the money: while photos of of John and Jen fetched $20,000, a snap of John alone gets a paltry $200.
