Michael Sands Has Goods on Britney Case and He's Not Telling

MYSTERY MAN Sands Lawyer Jon Eardley was on his way to federal court to file super-secret sealed documents on behalf of Britney Spears when his spokesman Michael Sands told him a judge had ruled against his motion to kick the pop star's case upstairs.
"Mr. Eardley is not Ms. Spears attorney and acted improperly by removing her conservatorship proceeding to federal court," the judge wrote.
It's a double whammy, admits Sands (who also is the spokesman for Britney former BFF Sam Lutfi). But he swears the meat of the motions Eardley was trying to file are bound to come out—just not through him. "It was a setback, but Jon Eardley is going forward," Sands tells RadarOnline.com. How, exactly, he won't say.
