Father guy James Spears is scheduled to head back to court to jockey for control over his daughter-person's affairs, financial and otherwise. In the short time he's been at the helm, he's already won authority to sack Spears' business manager, Howard Grossman, and has convinced a judge to order him to turn over documents relating to Spears' affairs. He's also helped orchestrate a restraining order against Brit's BFF, Sam Lutfi. But a Spears insider tells RadarOnline.com that James is under the sway of the Federline divorce team, headed up by attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan—James visited Federline's house on Feb. 10—and that he doesn't plan on letting go of his grip on Britney's affairs anytime soon.
