Everybody knows Bill O'Reilly is a fact-fudging, partisan bully. But who knew he was so vain? That's the major, and no doubt unintentional, take-away from Culture Warrior, the Fox News blowhard's fifth book. Though it doesn't come out for another two weeks, RadarOnline.com was able to obtain an advance copy—no easy feat, as galleys were only sent to conservative outlets for review. (A spokesman for Random House, which is publishing Culture Warrior, acknowledged, "We were somewhat strategic in terms of who it was provided to.")

While most of the book consists of his usual petty score-settling, in his attacks on Al Franken and NPR host Terry Gross in particular, O'Reilly reveals a heretofore unnoticed narcissism that belies his determinedly meat-and-potatoes-guy posture.
