'THE SECOND SET GETS A LITTLE BLUE' Clinton (Photo: Getty Images) In a Philadelphia radio interview yesterday, candidate spouse Bill Clinton, who used to be president, claimed that the campaign of his wife's rival "played the race card on me, and we now know from memos from the campaign and everything, that they planned to do it all along." At the interview's conclusion, apparently under the impression that he was no longer on air, Clinton said, "I don't think I should take any shit from anybody about that, do you?" Foul-mouthed presidential audio here. Responding to the charges, an amused Barack Obama asked, "Was there something that we had a plan to get him to say that my campaign was like Jesse Jackson's? I don't know what he is referring to, unfortunately." The back-and-forth raises an important question: PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE CAN WE END THIS ALREADY? MY GOD, IT'S LIKE THEY WANT TO LOSE. Thank you.
