Greenberg is snapping up Times stock in what could be a takeover bid. The story was originally reported by a newspaper. Flashback: In November 2004, New York looked at Greenberg and his son, Jeffrey, ex-husband of journalist Nikki Finke.

Judges were apparently moved by his invocation of "bulging trousers," and not his name, Iain Hollingshead, which is so, so awesome!
