HAPPIER TIMES Barker in Happy Gilmore Come on down.... for the last time: Price is Right host Bob Barker has announced he'll retire in June after 50 years on television, 35 hosting the allegorical capitalist game show. During his career, Barker has donated millions to establish animal rights law programs at Duke, Georgetown, Columbia, UCLA, and Harvard. He's also faced accusations of sexual harassment accusations from former employees, which may explain the frisson of this video.

Dark roots: A lawyer representing Anna Nicole Smith's ex, Larry Birkhead, is accusing the Playmate-turned-scandal magnet of dyeing her baby's hair in order to disguise the child's paternity. "It's horrendous," the lawyer says. "We are calling our experts right now to see if dyeing an infant's hair is any way toxic or harmful to a child." Maybe Smith was just trying to ape this ultra-famous offspring's look.
