When Reverends Attack, the Fallout

So has this uproar over Barack Obama's America-hating minister finally given some much-needed hope to those desperate souls who just want all of the insufferable Obama worshipping to please, please stop? According to some closely watched electoral indicators: eh, maybe. The Big O's unfavorable ratings have been on the up-tick, he just fell behind Hillary Clinton in Gallup's daily tracking poll for the first time in six weeks, and it looks like he could be headed for a worse-than-expected ass-beating in Pennsylvania. But you know how polls are; a little time combined with Obama's well-received speech could go a long way in soothing Democrats made queasy by his closeness to Rev. Jeremiah Wright's hateful tirades.
Republican consultant Dick Morris says Obama's already won the Democratic nomination. The biggest development out of whole this crazy reverend deal could be the emerging sense among Republicans that they've finally found the design flaw in the Obama Death Star that will doom him in the general election. This new perspective has already hatched a new catchphrase —<a href="http://sayanythingblog.com/entry/obama_is_toast/ " target="_blank">"Obama is toast"—that is currently blitzkrieging across Republican websites and reminding everyone that there are only 229 short days left to enjoy all of this delightful campaign repartee.
