FIRE WOHL Arden (Photo: Getty Images) The Tinsley Mortimer-Olivia Palermo feud isn't the only hotly contested, overwhelmingly inane scandal rocking the socialite circuit these days. Over at Wikipedia, commenters have sparked an epic debate as to whether headband-wearing, weed-smoking "alternasocial" Arden Wohl deserves her own page.
Discussion on her Wiki worthiness centers primarily on the relative merits of her charity work, print magazine ubiquity, and budding film career (according to her existing Wikipedia page, she's co-producing a documentary with George Clooney and Steven Soderbergh about sexually abused kids). Those on Team Wohl contend, among other things: "A story about her in Vogue is relatively substantial, and combined with the Observer and Paper articles, has convinced me that she meets the bare minimum for a Wikipedia bio." And: "At the very least with the substatal sic charity work involved in and contributions to the New York charity/art scene, at least worth as (I hate to use the word but ...) a socialite."
Her detractors claim otherwise.
