Yesterday, RadarOnline.com revealed that the SCRAM anklet strapped to Lindsay Lohan since her exit from rehab last week was programmed to alert whomever she wanted it to. Now, TMZ reveals that her lawyer, Blair Berk, was the designee. Berk received notification a couple hours before the wayward starlet was arrested on DUI and cocaine charges. Obviously, Berk's frantic attempt to track her down was too little, too late.

How many times the SCRAM notified Berk that Lindsay was drinking between her first strapping it on and getting arrested is unknown.

In other Lohan news, it's no longer just Dina and Michael sniping celebrity from their daughter, Lindsay's 13-year-old sister Ali wants in on the act, too. With an e-mail to VH1's 24/Sizzler, Ali comes to her sister's and mother's defense and lays into her father—just like Dina taught her. Below, in her own words:

My mom was always there souporting us. i think that the whole reason why my sister is upset with her self and not as cofident, is because of my dad not being around, and always staying out late and not coming home for days, he would come back home never himself, he was always was making excuses for his bad behavior.
