VEGETABLE LOVER Baldwin Breaking bread with Alec Baldwin: It's a thing more easily said than done. For the "Lunch Date" column in Glamour's February issue, writer Carole Radziwell took the 30 Rock star to Soho's Lure Fishbar. But while the article says Baldwin and Radziwell shared "an assortment of sushi and iced teas," it's no accident that the actor is pictured without a plate in front of him. According to an insider, the actor refused to order anything for fear some mean blogger or late-night comedian would use a photo of him eating as fodder for a joke about his weight. (Silly Alec, we would never do that.)

Not that Baldwin minds talking about food. He notes, for instance, that he's a vegetarian, a lifestyle choice that affects whom he would date: "So if you're going to Burger King four times a week you might not make the cut." And of his love for ex-wife Kim Basinger, he says, "I used to wake up in the morning and just look at her and say, 'What do you want for breakfast, baby? Special K with blueberries? Let me go get some.'"

Whoa! Move over, Smoove B.
