Her turn to speak! Vicki Gunvalson came forward to share her take on ex-boyfriend Books Ayers' alleged cancer diagnosis, sitting down for an exclusive one-on-one interview with Bravo's Andy Cohen on Monday night.

As Radar previously reported, the Real Housewives of Orange County star confessed that her former beau could have been using eye drops to make himself sick and further fabricate his cancer claim.

"He said, 'You'll never have access to my medical records,'" Vicki, 53, revealed of their private conversations when cameras weren't rolling. "It was another red flag."

The reality star also shared that the couple would often argue over the matter, recalling that Brooks kept her in the dark on most of his medical affairs.

"Every night I fought with him, every night," she told Andy, "'Brooks, what's going on? Do you have cancer? I don't get what's going on here.'"

"He kept saying, 'Stay out of it, stay out of my health care, it's my journey. You're filming a reality show, it's not about me,'" she continued.

Of course, Brooks was caught in a lie recently, admitting to fabricating hospital documents in an exclusive interview with E! News.

In an interesting twist, Vicki also confessed that she regrets divorcing ex-husband Donn.

"I think if I had to do it all over again I would not have divorced Donn," she said. "I know that for a fact. Hindsight if we could do things differently, he was a great man, great husband.

But when asked if the couple would rekindle their relationship in the future, the reality star admitted that she thinks Donn is "too hurt" right now.
