“This is purely about the money They’e freaking out big time and panicking about how they’re going to afford this new baby,” a source told RadarOnline.com.

Spelling, 43, recently announced that she is pregnant again, adding to the family that consists of son Liam, 9, daughter Stella, 8, Hattie, 5, and Finn, 5.

So the duo has devised a desperate plot, said the insider.

“They’re hoping to make a couple of hundred thousand at least, by selling the rights to TV as well as a print magazine,” the source told RadarOnline.com.

Spelling and McDermott tied the knot in 2006 and renewed their vows for the first time in 2010. They sold the rights to a magazine then, too.
