Sheree Whitfield may have returned to Real Housewives of Atlanta, but it sounds like the reality star's dreams of scoring a second reality show on HGTV have been squashed.

On Jan. 17, the 46-year-old mother of three took to Twitter to share her excitement and wishes about getting a new program on the Scripps Network channel focusing on her nearly 5-year construction project on new home, Chateau Sheree.

"It's time for my spinoff to show the finishing touches on #chateausheree Come on @hgtv," she tweeted.

Following that, a fan asked Whitfield what the show was called, and she replied, "Must sign the deal first and then I will let you know luv!"

Unfortunately for Whitfield, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal that a deal with HGTV definitely is NOT in the works.

"At this time, Sheree does not have a contract with HGTV for a show," a representative for the channel told Radar.

According to the network, Whitfield's comments were just wishful thinking.

"It appears that she is interested in having her own HGTV show to showcase her renovations but we do not have any plans for that currently," the rep said.

It's no secret that Whitfield has been working on her home for years nowshe has documented some of the progress on RHOA.

But the network is not buying what Whitfield is selling.
