That was fast! Just a few weeks after Scott Disick finished rehab, and five months after baby mama Kourtney Kardashian threw him out of their Calabasas home, RadarOnline.com has learned he's selling his bachelor pad to move back in with his family.

A source close to Disick, 32, confirmed that he has pocket-listed the bachelor pad that he moved into after his split with Kardashian this past summer.

According to the source, he is now planning on moving back in with his on-again girlfriend and mother to his three children – Mason, 5, Penelope, 3, and 11-month-old son Reign.

The home, which was purchased one year ago in December 2014, is much less deluxe than his Calabasas mansion and the insider told RadarOnline.com, "Scott is selling the property for only a slight profit."

"He is going to move back in with Kourtney and the kids, even if it is in a separate part of the house for now," said the source.

As RadarOnline.com reported, in Feb. 2015 Disick dropped $250,000 more on the property that he bought for a whopping $3.7 million, undertaking serious renovations.

One possible reason to leave? In a recent episode of KUWTK that was filmed while The Lord was still on his latest epic bender, Kardashian, 37, said that he was having a really hard time staying sober while living alone at the property.
