'Clip Clip!' Dorinda Shuts Down 'Bankrupt Fool' Sonja On 'RHONY'
Bethenny Frankel’s mission to get her fellow housewives out of a Manhattan state of mind failed not once but twice on last night’s episode of The Real Housewives of New York City. While the Skinny Girl mogul did manage to get her castmates to travel far and away from their beloved Upper East Side towers, she wasn’t able to get them to leave their Manhattan issues entirely behind them.
First, Bethenny tried shaking things up by inviting the girls to lunch in the Bronx’s Little Italy. It was going smoothly until Sonja Morgan accused both Ramona Singer (who was not invited to the lunch) and Dorinda Medley of lying about their involvement in her kicked-to-the-curb Tipsy Girl idea.
According to Sonja, Dorinda was on board with the Skinny Girl rip-off but backed off when she saw how angry it made Bethenny. Sonja even claimed she had an old text from Dorinda’s boyfriend John Mahdessian saying she was on board with the Prosecco product.
“I swear, Sonja Morgan, I have never wanted to be part of Tipsy Girl,” Dorinda insisted as her blood pressure rose.
When Sonja refused to drop the topic, Dorinda unleashed her rage.
“It’s b******t, so stop with this b******t,” she yelled as Luann D’Agostino tried to shush her. “I’d rather shoot my left leg off than be part of Tipsy Girl. You think I’d do that s**t Tipsy Girl?”
Dorinda got so out of hand and un-Countless-like that Luann ditched the group altogether and ran for peace and quiet into another room.
“Now you need to back that s**t up and take it back right now. You better take it back, Sonja. You better take it back,” Dorinda demanded.
When Sonja still refused to drop the topic, Dorinda shut her down, calling her "bankrupt" and a "fool" as she yelled, “Clip! Clip! Clip! Clip! You fool.”
Bethenny then spoke for viewers everywhere when she joked, “I don’t know what clip means. I guess it means shut your f*****g mouth.”
Suddenly, Dorinda calmed down and said all she wanted was to be friends with Sonja. And just like that, the ladies’ fight was over as fast as it had begun.

Or so it seemed. Next up, Bethenny invited all the women — including Ramona — to her ski chalet in Vermont. While at dinner, Tinsley broke down over her non-existent marriage prospects.
As the women tried to give her dating advice, Tinsley’s overbearing housemate Sonja said the 41-year-old wasn’t ready for another relationship just yet. “You don’t know Tinsley like I do,” Sonja said.
Dorinda didn’t buy Sonja’s good intentions. “It’s none of your business. She’s an adult,” she replied.
“Just because someone lives with you, it doesn’t give you the authority to tell them how to run their life,” the fired up Dorinda continued. “If anyone had an opinion about my life while I was living with them, I would move out immediately. That’s not a friend.”
While the rest of the housewives raised their eyebrows at Dorinda’s extreme shade-throwing, Tinsley proceeded to lose it.
“At the end of the day, I’m forty f*****g one. I do not have children,” she shouted at the ladies, crying that her past relationship was "not that easy to get over.”
“So give me a g*****n second,” Tinsley cried. “Let me get over it!”
Dorinda, not wanting to miss her last opportunity to throw a dig at Sonja, added that Tinsley’s first move towards a new life should be to move out of the “chaos” that is Sonja’s townhouse.
“There’s no chaos in the townhouse,” Sonja replied.
“Well, I think there is chaos in the townhouse,” Dorinda shot back.
