Madonna & Sean Penn Fuel Hookup Rumors In Santa Monica

Spotted together again! Sean Penn, 55, can't seem to stay away from ex-wife Madonna, 57, and her Rebel Heart Tour.

As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, insiders claim the exes have been hooking up along the way, as they've been spotted looking cozy on numerous occasions since Penn's shocking split from fiancee Charlize Theron.

Most recently, the pair was seen at Shutters on the beach in Santa Monica, sparking more rumors of a romance.

"They were both at the hotel, hanging at the bar area. They were just kicking it," one onlooker told Page Six.

Days before, it was clear that Penn was still Madonna's #1 fan when he was photographed gazing adoringly at his ex from the audience at the Vancouver Rebel Heart show.

During her October 14th performance at Brooklyn's Barclays Center, Madonna opened up about her current relationship status with Penn: "I did a show at Madison Square Garden the other night . . . and my ex-husband was there! Could you imagine? Thirty years earlier . . . he was very upset with me for wearing a costume that was too revealing. That's not a lie! After the show he wrote me a letter and said he finally appreciates my art."

Meanwhile, sources say Madonna has been "going all out" to win back her former flame, and it's "only a matter of time" before they're officially together again.

Even Penn's daughter Dylan--whom he had with ex-wife Robin Wright--approves of their behavior!

After being introduced to the pop queen at her MSG show, the 24-year-old shared, "I think he just really admires her work. They're just really good friends and I think it's sweet that they can have this relationship."

Insiders told RadarOnline.com their tour of love will continue throughout the fall, as Penn was booked in the same hotels as the pop queen for her stays in Vancouver and Los Angeles this month.
