In the wake of her epic meltdown in New York City, Lindsay Lohan posted a photo that suggests that she is dealing with more problems than may meet the eye.

The photo, loaded to Lindsay's Instagram account, and deleted shortly after, was captured by The Shade Room. It shows a bloody wound to the 29-year-old actress's leg along with an eerie message. "Don't stay with the wrong guy," she wrote. "There goes something that I thought was good. Be true to yourself and NEVER let a man hit you."

As RadarOnline.com reported exclusively, Lindsay was involved in an incident just weeks ago in NY during which she allegedly spewed a racist rant at a black bartender while she was out on the town with her younger sister, Ali.

Lindsay was last known to be dating Italian businessman Mathia Milani, however, the two have not been photographed together since June 2015, there is no indication that he has any involvement in her injury.
