Kourtney & Scott Secretly Taping Together For 'KUWTK'

Kris Jenner has won the war with daughter Kourtney Kardashian over whether or not to allow camera's inside baby-daddy Scott Disick's rehab!
Kardashian had her second visit with Disick at his lush Malibu rehab facility on Sunday and RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that she agreed to let Kris bring the camera crew to tape this second visit after all!
According to the source, Disick – who checked into rehab following months of cheating and hard-partying – is "all about having their time together at his rehab being filmed."
"He really wants everyone to see how much he's changed," the insider added.
However, the not-so-estranged parents to Penelope, 3, Mason, 5, and 11-month-old son Reign definitely had an incentive for allowing Keeping up with the Kardashians to use this as part of the upcoming season's storyline.
"Both Kourtney and Scott are being given huge bonuses to open this situation up for the reality show," said the source.

As RadarOnline.com reported, following Disick's wasted world tour this summer, the 60-year-old momager Jenner decided that he was no longer going to be on the show.
But that has changed.
"If Scott stays sober, they are going to offer him a contract for next season's KUWTK because he has a huge draw," the source said.
"Plus, Kris thinks that his story will be great for ratings. Everyone loves a comeback."
