Kim Zolciak said her heart "surgery was a success" in a new shot she posted to her Instagram account on Tuesday, following last month's serious health scare.
The 37-year-old blonde beauty looked attractive in a selfie she posted, adding, "I can't wait to be back on my feet 100%! Glad it's over!"

The Georgia native wrote, "Quite the whirlwind this last month has been...but such a blessing too," adding in a number of hashtags in which she expressed her gratitude and relief with the worst of things over with: "#MyFamilyHasBeenAmazing #TheFalconsHaveBeenSoSupportive #GodIsIncredible #Blessed #Grateful #ThankYouToMyDoctorsAndNurses #AmazingTeam."
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the former Real Housewives of Atlanta star landed in the hospital Sept. 24 after suffering what she dubbed a "mini-stroke" (or TIA, short for Transient Ischemic Attack) that left her "completely numb" on her left side, and her speech "gone."
The mother-of-six dropped out of Dancing with the Stars Sept. 29 after her doctors recommended she not take an Atlanta-to-Los Angeles flight, and was upset that she didn't get to take the floor one last time.
