Kim Kardashian may love flaunting her burgeoning baby bump in designer clothes and lingerie, but in a new blog post, the reality star admits that her "high-risk pregnancy" has her downright scared.

"With the issues I had last time, my risk of having preeclampsia and placenta accreta are increased and there's not a whole lot I can do to prevent it, so my anxiety is a little high leading up to my delivery," the 35-year-old told fans in her post.

"My doctor had to stick his entire arm in me and detach the placenta with his hand, scraping it away from my uterus with his fingernails," Kardashian recalled. "How disgusting and painful!!! My mom was crying; she had never seen anything like this before."

"My delivery was fairly easy, but then going through that—it was the most painful experience of my life," she continued. "They gave me a second epidural but we were racing against time, so I just had to deal."

This time around, the reality star admits there are even more risks that could occur during her delivery, making her "definitely scared" to give birth (around Christmas time).

"In a very rare case, I might need a hysterectomy after delivery if my condition is severe enough," she wrote, adding, "Luckily my doctor doesn't think this will happen."

As RadarOnline.com reported, Kardashian has made a habit of complaining about pregnancy, taking to Twitter earlier this week to gripe about her 52-pound weight gain.

"I think sometimes they people think I am ungrateful for being pregnant," Kardashian acknowledged after fans pointed out her chronicled difficulty to conceive on KUWTK. "It was really hard this time for me to get pregnant. …but at the end of the day it doesn't mean I have to like it."
