Back On? Khloe Kardashian & Lamar Odom Together 'Nonstop' As She Ditches BF James Harden

Four months after his near-fatal drug overdose in a Las Vegas brothel, Khloe Kardashian is still very, very close to estranged husband Lamar Odom.

"Khloe has been together nonstop with him since he got released from Cedars," a family insider exclusively tells RadarOnline.com of the troubled former NBA star, 36, who left his Los Angeles hospital, Cedars Sinai, last month.

Over the weekend, the inseparable pair, along with Khloe's sister Kim, 35, even went on a hike, where Odom showed off his remarkable recovery.

"He keeps getting stronger every single day," the insider added.

As previously reported, the Kocktails with Khloe host, 31, insisted that Odom's health would not affect her relationship with NBA player boyfriend James Harden, 26. However, it seems she was mistaken: RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned from several sources that the couple has split.

"They secretly broke up," an insider confirmed.

In late January, she posted cryptic messages about "roadblocks" and "closed doors," seemingly hinting at a rough patch with Harden.

And now, all signs point to the married pair rekindling their tumultuous romance more than two years after their heartbreaking separation.

"Khloe doesn't even have to tell James how she feels because he already knows," a separate family source told RadarOnline.com. "James always knew that if Lamar pulled out of this, that he and Khloe would be together forever. Even though Lamar was not expected to recover, he is recovering."
