Khloe Kardashian Reveals She & Ex Lamar Odom Were Planning to Adopt Before Divorce
Auntie Koko was nearly a mama!
Khloe Kardashian famously struggled to conceive during her marriage to Lamar Odom. But before the couple broke up in late 2013, they were seriously looking into alternative options to expand their family, the Kocktails With Khloe hostess revealed last night on the premiere of her FYI talk show.
"Lamar and I, we were even trying to, we wanted to adopt, but also foster kids," the 31-year-old told roundtable guests including sister Kendall Jenner, 20, and rapper Snoop Dogg, 44.
"She's really, really good with kids," Jenner added. "Even when I was a kid, she was like my second mom. My mom would leave and go to lunch every day because she knew that Khloe would be there."
After the heartbreaking split, Kardashian's baby plans were put on hold. For now, she's a dedicated aunt to five: Sister Kourtney's kids Mason, 6, Penelope, 3, and Reign, 1, and sister Kim's children North, 2, and Saint, 1 months.

"The likes of January Jones, Sandra Bullock and Minnie Driver have convinced Khloe that she doesn't necessarily need a man in her life to be a mom," an insider told RadarOnline.com last summer.
