Kandi Burruss knew what she was getting into when she hooked up with her bad boy baby daddy! Russell “Block” Spencer’s ex-wife exclusively revealed to RadarOnline.com that The Real Housewives of Atlanta star was a “side chick.”

On the current season of RHOA, Burruss complained about her baby daddy’s limited involvement in their daughter Riley’s life. But his ex-wife (who asked RadarOnline.com to keep her name private) claims Burruss knew about their marriage when she became pregnant.

“Kandi definitely knew what was going on with the situation,” she exclusively told RadarOnline.com. “It’s sad that he’s not part of Riley’s life, but he was in a relationship with four other women at the time. She was a side chick, it was expected!”

The ex, who was with Spencer for 25 years, claims Burruss was the one who broke the baby news to her.

He cheated on me with Kandi,” she alleged. “I told her then he wasn’t going to do anything. What does she expect? She knew what was going on, and now she wants to play the victim. Girl, you knew!”

Spencer’s former wife also revealed how Burruss’ relationship with Spencer lasted three months.

Despite the drama, the women tried to have a relationship for the sake of the children.

“She’s been to my house,” she said. “I try to help with the situation and invite them over. We tried to establish a relationship with the younger kids.”

But being uninvolved in his daughter’s life may not be the worst thing. As RadarOnline.com reported, Spencer was charged with two counts of family violence battery on March 6, 2005 when he allegedly “unlawfully and intentionally caused visible bodily harm” to his wife at the time.

He was charged with four counts of cruelty to children when their four kids under the age of 18 witnessed the alleged battery.

Spencer accepted a plea for one count of cruelty in the third degree to children that included 12 months probation and a $500 fine.

Spencer was not prosecuted for the other charges against him.

In 2013, he was charged with family violence battery and cruelty to children in the third degree against his wife and daughter.

He asked to be immune from prosecution because he was “defending his property against the alleged victim.” He pled not guilty in March 2015 and was not prosecuted.
