Allegations against Josh Duggar, claiming that he molested underage girls as a teen has set fire to the TLC fan favorite show, causing the network to drop the series from their usual line-up for the time being.

Unfortunately for the reality family, they could stand to lose a lot should 19 Kids and Counting be cancelled for good.

According to a new report from PEOPLE, should the reality series be cancelled, the Duggars will lose an estimated $25,000-$45,000 per episode, not including income from other events and appearances outside of the show.

While the family has built quite the empire over their ten seasons on air, they have already seen some big losses thanks to Josh's heinous scandal, including advertisers General Mills Inc., Payless Shoes, and Choice Hotels International, who all dropped their Duggar sponsorships after news broke out.

Meanwhile, the debate continues over the hit-show's fate. Many viewers have advocated for 19 Kids to be cancelled immediately while steadfast Duggar fans lobby for Josh's redemption. But enthusiasts like Governor Mike Huckabee -- who has publicly shown support for the now 27-year-old -- may just save the day for the family.

While the Duggars may attempt to erase any record of Josh's alleged wrongdoings, the damage has already been done. With a police record released publicly through In Touch magazine, and the show pulled from the air, it's safe to say their once wholesome image has been tainted for good.
