Joanna Krupa Orders Swingers Club — Don't Talk About My Sex Life
Joanna Krupa has gone to war with a Miami swingers club, RadarOnline.com has learned.
The former RHOM star is demanding that a judge bans them from talking about her sexual past and marriage.
The reality star recently split with her husband of nearly four years Romain Zago and she does not want their relationship dragged through the mud.
She is heading to court in a $5 million legal battle with Club Velvet swingers establishment.
Back in 2015, Krupa – along with 31 other models – sued the Miami club over the unauthorized use of their photos illegally in advertising.
Krupa accused the club owners of stealing the images online and using them without permission in promotional material and on social media accounts along with the club website.
She blasted the club for making it appear that she endorsed the business and partook in the activities at Club Velvet and that these allegations harmed the models careers and reputations.
Krupa stated that activities that take place at Velvet as "unhealthy and unsanitary" - pointing to the group sex and other encounters that go down at the Florida club.
Club Velvet fired back at Krupa's claims denying they used the models photos illegally to promote their establishment – they contend that the models knew when the photos were taken that they were "risqué" and want the suit tossed out.

In the latest twist of the long running feud Krupa filed a new motion on July 3 where she sought to ban the jury from hearing any direct or indirect mention, suggest or evidence regarding her marital status past or present, sexual relationships past or present, or romantic relationship status past or present.
The reality star explains there is no allegation whatsoever in the complaint related to her personal life or any claim her relationship history was implicated by the claims in the case.
The model points out the courts have held that a plaintiff's past sexual behavior or history is wholly irrelevant.
She believes such disclosures could mislead the jury and cause confusion and delay and has asked the judge ban any such evidence during the trial.
