Jenelle Evans has primary custody of her youngest son and a daughter on the way, but is she closer to getting her oldest child Jace back? RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal the Teen Mom 2 star's custody battle with her mother Barbara continues to be at a standstill.
According to the New Brunswick Clerk of Court in North Carolina, there has been no change in custody since June 10, 2010.
Although there was a court date on July 5, the hearing was moved to October 11. But because of Hurricane Matthew, the family's day in court was cancelled.
"The judge is going to have a meeting of the attorneys on Friday to schedule a future court case," an employee of the clerk's office told RadarOnline.com of the meeting, which Jenelle and Barbara do not have to attend. "There will be no outcome at the meeting."
Jenelle signed over custody of her son to Barbara in 2010 because of her unstable lifestyle that includes drug busts, domestic violence arrests and more.
Jenelle fighting with her mother to have Jace on weekends has been a storyline on Teen Mom 2 over the years. She has even accused Barbara of keeping her son from her during arguments.
Fans recently became worried when Jenelle didn't post photos of her oldest son on social media for two weeks. Some even accused her of only wanting to spend time with him when MTV cameras are around, but she insisted that isn't the case.
"Why do I have to report to the public when I have my son?" she told RadarOnline.com. "It's no one's business."
Although Evans does not have custody of her 7-year-old son, she was given primary custody of Kaiser, 2, with ex-fiancé Nathan Griffith during mediation May.
Evans is currently expecting a girl with her third baby daddy, David Eason.
