Jenelle Evans is hitting back at rumors that she was arrested again, telling RadarOnline.com exclusively that she was not thrown behind bars with her boyfriend when she went to bail him out today.

As RadarOnline.com reported, David Eason, who has been dating the Teen Mom 2 star for several months, was arrested on Monday for violating a domestic violence protection order in North Carolina. When Evans went to bail him out, she ran into some legal trouble of her own.

"No I didn't get arrested today," Evans told RadarOnline.com.

Instead, it was just the latest round of her vicious legal battle with her baby daddy Nathan Griffith over custody of their son, Kaiser.

"Nathan had papers served on me for cyberstalking," she explained. "Saying I tweeted online that I 'threatened to damage his personal property.'"

Evans flatly denied the claim to RadarOnline.com and insisted that she is confident this matter will be over shortly.

"I NEVER did that and my lawyer said he will get this dropped," she said.
