Jamie Lynn Spears' ex-fiancé has found himself in trouble with the law. RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal Casey Aldridge was arrested for committing three crimes.

The father of Spears' daughter Maddie was charged with driving under the influence, possession of paraphernalia and reckless driving on May 25, 2016 in Amite County, Mississippi, Deputy Justice Court Clerk Tommie Dee Ott exclusively told Radar.

Aldridge, 27, appeared in court on June 1, where he was found guilty on all three charges. He was sentenced to 12 months probation.

Britney Spears' younger sister announced her pregnancy with Aldridge in 2008 when she was only 16 years old. The couple split in February 2010.

Aldridge welcomed his second daughter Skylar with wife April Watson in July 2014.

Spears is the subject of an upcoming TLC Documentary, Jamie Lynn Spears: When the Lights Go Out, which will discuss her life as a former teen mom and childhood star.
