Hillary Clinton faced demands from an Obama administration bigwig to justify why her husband isn't charged with sexual assault!
Vice President Joe Biden's former chief of staff asked in an email: "How is what Bill Clinton did different from what Bill Cosby did?"
The panicky message was sent after Paula Jones — who's claimed Bill assaulted her in a hotel suite in 1991 while he was governor of Arkansas — blasted Hillary as "two-faced" for trying to discredit his alleged victims.
In a new video, Paula charged Bill wanted her to perform a sex act.
She claimed: "He sat down really fast and dropped his pants, and he was fondling himself."
