Bad to Worse! Heather Locklear's Daughter Witnessed Violent Fight That Led to Star's Domestic Violence Arrest
In a sad turn, Heather Locklear's young daughter was home when her mother was arrested for allegedly beating her boyfriend and three police officers, RadarOnline.com can confirm.
According to an insider close to the troubled star, Ava Sambora, 20, just happened to be at her mother's house when the alleged violence ensued.
"The fight was already going on," said multiple sources. "Of course, she was traumatized. She stayed until the cops came."
Ava is the 20-year-old daughter of rocker Richie Sambora, who the Melrose Place actress was married to from 1994 to 2007.
According to the source, Locklear – who checked in to rehab for at least the sixth time over the holidays – was with a sober minder, and "was screaming and attacked the cops" when they arrived at her Thousand Oaks, Calif. home on Sunday around 10 p.m. for what officials called a "domestic issue" involving her boyfriend Chris Heisser.

"He appeared to have an injury. They saw she had bit Chris's nose!" said the source.
She was checked out at a nearby hospital then taken to jail.
After family bailed Locklear out of jail, Heisser was then arrested for DUI, RadarOnline.com can confirm.
According to a police report obtained by RadarOnline.com, the California State Highway Patrol pulled Heisser over in his Mercedes around 12:30 a.m. Monday. Cops discovered the 56-year-old had a .19 BAC, more than twice the legal limit, and charged him with a DUI.
As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, Heather physically attacked Heisser last fall, just weeks before she was hospitalized for driving her car into a ditch.
