Leah Messer's Ex-Husband Files To Be Primary Custodian Of Daughters

Leah Messer didn't celebrate her custody win for long. After winning 50/50 custody of her twin daughters with Corey Simms, her ex-husband filed to be primary custodian – again!

"He turned around and filed an objection to be the primary custodian," Messer said in the Teen Mom 2 preview clip. "I spoke to him after the hearing and everything went great. We were communicating and I thought we were going to be able to co-parent the way we used to."

Messer, 25, explained how Simms filed because West Virginia law does not recognize joint custodian and because Ali and Aleeah, 6, go to school in his district.

"Who cares?" she said in response to his reasoning. "Why are you making a big deal out of nothing? I know plenty of parents that have done joint custodian to be civil. I do everything so maybe I should be the primary custodian."

The mother-of-three then slammed him for putting the family through another court hearing.

"I don't care if he takes another breath," she fired. "All I can do is fight against it."

But does Simms have a cause for concern? Throughout the season, fans have bashed Messer for her bad mom ways when she was caught on camera texting and driving.

She also came under fire when she refused to feed her daughters breakfast before school.

Should Simms be the primary custodian? Tell us in the comments!
