'Disgraceful!' Chris Christie SLAMMED After Hitting Beach Closed To The Public
Gov. Chris Christie will be spending Independence Day in luxury, soaking up the sun on a state beach that's closed to the rest of the public during the government shutdown, RadarOnline.com has learned.
According to NJ.com, Christie was spotted laying out with his family at Island Beach State Park on Sunday.
During a press conference on Saturday, the 54-year-old announced his vacation plans, revealing that he'd be staying in a beach house provided by the state.
Soon after, however, Twitter exploded with criticisms of Christie's "entitled" behavior.

"Run for governor, and you can have a residence there," an unapologetic Christie told reporters on Saturday.
Meanwhile, Jersey City Mayor Steve Fulop weigh in on the matter, calling the photo of "lame duck" Christie at the beach "disgraceful."
