Charlie Sheen just got a lucky break in his ongoing legal issues,. RadarOnline.com has learned that a judge vacated a temporary restraining order his ex, Scottine Ross, filed against him.
As RadarOnline.com reported, Ross got a restraining order against Sheen, 50, last month after RadarOnline.com revealed he threatened to have her killed on a secretly recorded audio tape.
In a hearing on April 28, however, a judge reversed the decision. "We're pleased that the court vacated the restraining order," Sheen's attorney, Andrew Brettler, told The Hollywood Reporter. "It was obvious that there wasn't enough there for the restraining order to stay in place.
But it's not over yet. There is another hearing on the matter scheduled for May 18. In addition, Sheen is still under investigation by the LAPD for felony charges after making threats against his ex on the tape.
And, Ross is still suing Sheen for assault, battery, and other charges after he allegedly hid his HIV diagnosis from her. The case is currently in mediation.
He's also caught in a nasty courtroom battle with exes Denise Richards, and Brooke Mueller, after he tried to slice their child support from $50,000 per month each to just over $10,000, citing reduced income.
