Case Closed! Matthew Morrison & Ex-Acting Coach Settle $182K Commission Battle

Glee star Matthew Morrison sang his way out of the courthouse last week, RadarOnline.com has learned.
Morrison and his ex-acting coach, Peter Mattaliano, fully settled their suits against each other in a mediation session held on October 27. Their settlements are confidential.
Mattaliano accused Morrison, 38, of withholding commission since the 1990s when they began working together — but Morrison fired back that he never signed the deal they allegedly struck in 2011 that gave him 2.5% of his television and movie paychecks.
He countered that Mattaliano just wanted $182,000 from him — despite his generous payments over the past 20 plus years.
In turn, Morrison filed a suit against Mattaliano for using his photos without his consent, and Mattaliano filed a counter-suit.
Mattaliano stood by the legitimacy of the agreement they made in 2005 that was amended throughout their time together. He maintained that his payments became more sporadic over time, until the summer of 2015 when he demanded the payment in full.
