Brooke Hits Rock Bottom AGAIN! Mueller Hospitalized As Cops Investigate Meltdown
Nov. 16 2016, Updated 10:42 p.m. ET
Brooke Mueller has been hospitalized in Utah, RadarOnline.com has learned, after a disturbing series of incidents involving her twin sons with Charlie Sheen.
Sgt. Todd Royce of the Utah Department of Public Safety told RadarOnline.com, "On the morning of November 16, dispatchers with the Utah Department of Public Safety received a welfare check call from a woman claiming to be the mother of Brooke Mueller. Troopers with the Utah Highway Patrol responded to the welfare check call and located Mueller, her two children and a nanny on Interstate 15 near Nephi, Utah."
The children, Max and Bob, 7, "are safe and will be released to family," Royce said. "Mueller was taken to an area hospital for evaluation."
Utah cops continue to investigate what really happened during her wild night.
As RadarOnline.com reported, Mueller's sister, Sydney Wolofsky, told RadarOnline.com that she "was totally coherent and everything" when she spoke to her at 2 pm on Tuesday.
But according to reports, Salt Lake City, Utah, police were called when Mueller arrived barefoot at Big Willie's bar roughly around 2:30 am on Wednesday morning.
