Brad Pitt scored a major victory in his vicious custody battle with Angelina Jolie after the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services cleared him of the child abuse allegations.
Pitt, 52, was under investigation after Jolie, 41, claimed that he was physically abusive of their eldest child, Maddox Jolie Pitt, on a private jet on September 14, 2016.
The LADCFS reportedly determined that Pitt did not abuse Maddox after interviewing both parents, all the children and other witnesses to the incident.
Jolie had reportedly told the department that it was not the only incident but he was cleared on this matter.
The couple are fighting over physical custody of their six children, Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, and twins Vivienne and Knox Jolie Pitt, but a source told RadarOnline.com exclusively that she was not going to back down in her request to be the sole primary care giver.
She hoped to limit Pitt's time with the children to "monitored visitation," and had no plans to concede custody to him, although he was only asking for joint custody.
