Bethenny Frankel had fans concerned after confirming that she suffered a mysterious heath crisis earlier this month — and now, RadarOnline.com has all the answers on her recent procedure.
"Bethenny had to have fibroids removed because of concern it wasn't taken out, she would develop cancer," an insider told In Touch exclusively, claiming, "the surgery was supposed to be very easy, but Bethenny did suffer from excessive bleeding afterward."
"It was a scary time for Bethenny and made her realize there was no close family in her life to help with the recovery," the source continued. "Estranged from her mother for years and going through a bitter divorce to estranged husband Jason Hoppy, there aren't a lot of people in her life that she can rely on. It's sad that Bethenny's paid staff helped to take care of her in the days after the surgery."

It's not all bad news for Frankel, 45, this month, however, as the Skinny Girl mogul is no longer obligated to pay her estranged husband, Jason Hoppy, $12,000 monthly in spousal support.
Frankel has reportedly been paying Hoppy a court ordered total of around $26,000 per month since they split in 2012, including $12,000 in temporary alimony and $10,000 in child support for their daughter Bryn.
The last hurdle to jump is the $5 million Tribeca condominium Frankel bought while married to Hoppy, who is currently living in the residence.
The court is set to rule whether Hoppy has rights to the property or not at a later date.
