'Alaskan Bush People' Medical Crisis: Billy Brown Suffers Seizure

Could the Brown family lose their beloved patriarch?

In a sneak preview of Alaskan Bush People's upcoming episode, Ami, 52, and her seven children switch into crisis mode as father Billy, 62, experiences a medical emergency.

"Can you see me? Can you hear me?" Ami calmly asks her husband of more than 35 years.

Son Noah had apparently discovered the experienced outdoorsman losing consciousness while working in the woods near their cabin in Alaska's Copper River Valley.

Fortunately, Billy seems shaky but just fine moments later.

"I just need to get my breath," he assures the concerned family and film crew. "And get my toes to relax."

"It's over. It passed."

Son Joshua, also known as Bam Bam, explains that his father suffered a severe seizure.

"Even now and then he weirds out, gets all dingy, he has a seizure," the 30-year-old second oldest child tells the cameras. "It varies from so light he can kind of hide it from you, to so bad he just goes down and loses consciousness."

This afternoon, the Discovery reality series released a statement from their official Twitter page.

"Thank you all for your prayers and kind words during this difficult time for our family," it read.

The Browns are currently under a lot of pressure. As RadarOnline.com reported, Billy and Bam Bam pleaded guilty on November 19 to lying about their Alaskan residency on government applications for dividend checks in a proposed plea deal.

A judge immediately rejected the deal, and even said the father/son duo should do jail time for their crime.

They are expected in court on December 3.
