Abby Lee Miller is cashing in before her possible jail stint! RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned filming for season 7 of Dance Moms has already begun despite her November sentencing for fraud.

Nia Sioux's manager Lesley Brander exclusively told RadarOnline.com that although filming is already underway, the remainder of the season is a "mystery."

But filming isn't the only way Miller is avoiding her legal troubles, as she requested to travel to over 10 locations over the summer.

Miller, 49, plead guilty in June to one count of not reporting an international monetary transaction and one count of concealing bankruptcy assets. She faces up to 30 months in prison.

Prosecutors initially demanded she spend five years in prison and pay $5 million in fines when she was charged with 20 counts of fraud in October 2015.

Although Miller could face prison time, Brander believes she is still a role model to her students as long as she admits the charges against her.

"None of us are perfect," Brander said. "If you do something wrong you need to own it. You could be a bad role model and then you could be a good role model if you own your mistakes and teach from that."

Brander added how the mothers of Miller's students should "separate dance and her legal troubles."

"You want to do the best thing for your kid," she said. "If you talk and own it, you will be a role model."
