Two-Timer: Heather Locklear's Shady New Boyfriend Is ALREADY Cheating On Her

Heather Locklear’s shady new boyfriend’s criminal record is the least of her worries! Her man has been cheating on her with another woman, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.
Locklear’s high school sweetheart, who she reconnected with before her rehab stint for drug and alcohol abuse over the holidays, has also been in a relationship with a woman named Dawn Willoth.
“They are dating,” Willoth’s ex-husband John exclusively told RadarOnline.com. “They have been together since September or October. I met him a couple of times.”
And their relationship seems serious, as the ex-husband says he “hopes they get married.”
Heisser’s other woman hasn’t kept their romance under wraps, as Willoth posted two photos with her man on Facebook.
But Heisser’s infidelity isn’t his only flaw, as RadarOnline.com previously reported that friends are concerned for Locklear.
“This guy is a scam artist,” a longtime friend of the Dynasty actress told RadarOnline.com. “Some of her friends think he’ll rob her blind!”
Locklear and Heisser, 55, previously dated while growing up in Los Angeles.
In 2011, Heisser was charged with over 40 counts of forgery and corruption of records. He was also charged with grand theft, personal identity theft and unlicensed business transactions.
The father of four also worked as a contractor to build two multimillion-dollar homes in California. An investigation found he forged the signature of one homeowner on construction loan documents and fraudulently obtained hundreds of thousands of dollars from the mortgage company.
But that’s not all, as Heisser’s business name and license belonged to his brother, who was not aware that he was using money from clients to build his own home and pay for personal expenses.
He even forged his brother’s signature on a contractor’s license renewal form and on secretary of state business forms.
Heisser pled guilty to the charges and served two years in prison. He now owes hundreds of thousands of dollars in restitution.
