Hillary Clinton's health concerns are in the spotlight again as a new video caught her coughing uncontrollably!

The leaked video shows the presidential candidate seated at a California campaign event, and visibly struggling to breathe normally.

Clinton does not speak in the video, but is often taking sips of water and signaling for someone to assist her.

The cough tally? Clinton coughed more than five times in less than 30 seconds!

Concerns over Clinton's health have escalated over the last year as the candidate edges closer to clinching the democratic nomination, from coughing fits to fainting spells.

In April, Clinton appeared on the popular radio show The Breakfast Club and needed to clear her throat often and sip water to avoid falling into another coughing fit. She insisted it was allergies.

Meanwhile, aside from fighting off sexual assault allegations, husband Bill has also made headlines for his frail appearance and periodic mental lapses.

Do you think Hillary is fit to be president? Watch the video and let us know in the comments!
